The clash between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid at the Allianz Arena got off to a spectacular start.
“The Royals” took the lead in the very first minute to make it 0–1, following a huge mistake by Manuel Neuer. The Bayern goalkeeper made a poor pass, and Arda Güler read the situation perfectly, intercepted the ball, and from around 40 meters scored with a precise first-time shot into the empty net.
However, the hosts responded immediately. Aleksandar Pavlović equalized to 1–1 as early as the sixth minute.

47′ – Bayern had a chance to score at the start of the second half. First, Bellingham blocked Diaz’s shot and sent the ball out for a corner, and then Lunin once again stayed on his goal line. However, Upamecano failed to score from a good position.
55′ – What a chance for Real! The visitors could have taken their first lead in the tie, as Mbappe found himself one-on-one and fired from around ten meters, but Neuer produced a great save.
60′ – Real have been the more dangerous side so far in the second half. The visitors are mainly threatening through Mbappé, who has had two attempts, but the score remains unchanged after the break.
63′ – Chances keep coming. First, Diaz failed to react properly despite being one-on-one with Lunin, while at the other end Vinícius fired wide from a good position.
68′ – Excellent save by Lunin. Bayern’s best chance of the second half so far, as Olise tried his luck from outside the box, but the Ukrainian produced a superb stop at full stretch.
